Recent Events and Customers

Frontier Events has over the past year, been involved in delivering events that have hosted millions of people.

Frontier Events, as part of a consortium with Magnetic Storm and Zports, were awarded the contract to organise the MTN Splash Festival for 3 years. We are pleased to announce a successful 2009 and 2010 Splash Festival with over 700 000 people enjoying the four day event.

For the 2010 Freedom Day Celebrations on April 27 Frontier Events supplied infrastructure to host more than 10 000 people celebrating South Africa’s democracy.

Frontier Events was the proud supplier of infrastructure to numerous 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup Fan parks, including St Georges Park, The Hellenic Hall, Motherwell, the beachfront area and Central in Port Elizabeth as well as in Knysna, Oudtshoorn, King Williams Town, Tsholomnqa, and several sites in East London.

Our executive portable toilets and marquees and infrastructure have gone as far afield as the Million Dollar Golf Tournament at Sun City, the Wildsfees in Kirkwood, the Durban July, the KKNK, Kurland Polo in Plettenberg Bay, the African Open Golf Tournament, the Tuna Classic, the Annibrand Festival, the Bay FM Opskop, the Kenton Music Festival as well as various corporate events, athletic meets, birthday parties, weddings, various social events and sporting events like the SPAR Ladies Race, the SPAR Redhouse River Mile and the Axxess DSL Ocean Racing Series.
